Our diligent Customer Response team is made up of a handful of staff, working closely with dedicated Volunteers

Sela Angus Rider Services Team Leader PROFILE: To be inserted
Tom Lester Rider Services Tom helps answer the phones, sharing his knowledge and experience of cycling and of numerous Bicycle Victoria Rides. PROFILE: Hooked on cycling since the 1986 Great Victorian Bike Ride, Tom took time off from teaching to cycle extensively in New Zealand, North America and Europe. He has escorted several school groups on the VicRoads Great Victorian Bike Ride.
Sue Robinson Rider Services Phone Team Sue is part of the Rider Services team for two days each week, and enjoys the ranges of interaction with new and old cyclists alike. PROFILE: Sue loves cycling and bushwalking, both great ways to get about and see the world- biking being just that bit quicker. Before joining BV she worked a s a teacher and a volunteer coordinator.
Stephanie Rendell Rider Services Phone Team PROFILE: Stephanie works part time for Bicycle Victoria, helping out wherever she is needed. Still shaky on two wheels, Stephanie is developing her bike skills in the best possible environment. Stephanie is currently completing a performing arts/law degree at Monash University and hopes one day to merge all her skills into a Broadway musical advocating the legal rights of cyclists.
