Bicycle Victoria's external relationships are vital to our goal of More People Cycling More Often
From local grassroots Bicycle User Groups to state- and nation-wide government bodies, Bicycle Victoria recognises a wealth of expertise and activities in the wider community that support our shared goal of More People Cycling More Often.
We are constantly building on our long-established relationships, as well as forging new ones.
Collaborative partnerships not only help us achieve our aims, but often assist others in their directions.
Over the years we have been involved in a huge range of partnerships. In the process we have consulted (and been approached by) the public, private and community sectors and with those both within and outside the bicycle industry.
Bicycle
We see the evolution and continuous building of these partnerships as critical to getting More People Cycling More Often and for enabling our partners and supporters to further their activities (most of which have a direct and positive impact on cycling and bike riders).
We regularly review our partnerships and strive to speak to as many interested potential partners as possible.

Our relationships extend widely
Government
From various state government bodies (e.g. VicRoads, Department of Infrastructure, Main Roads Western Australia) to local councils across Australia.
Corporate
From Portfolio Partners to local bike shops, our relationships with the corporate sector are vital not only to our events, but to our campaigns and Member benefits.
Community
We value our long-standing relationships with other non-government organisations.
Grassroots
Often where the action takes place, Bicycle Victoria is developing links with various local cycling groups that operate at the grassroots level.
